I realize that parents want to see if I am available for their dates. I have posted my jobs and dates. Sometimes you might see the word “tentative” next to a job. This means that a client has asked us to hold a date for them. I agree but since there is no contract signed, it is tentative. If someone else comes and offer us a firm job, I will go back to the client and they have the first choice of signing then or giving up their dates.
Plus, things do happen and jobs get cancelled so it never hurts to ask me even if you see we are booked. We do know most of the traveling newborn specialist and will even check around for you to see who might be available. I do it as a courtesy but it is up to the parent to decide who is the right one for them.
